A friend of mine, in desperate need of toilet facilities, in Sainsburys, Bridge Street, was told, “No, you cannot use our facilities, you have to use other premises.”

My friend uses the supermarket often and was distressed at the female member of staff who said no. This is not good enough. We will not be using the store again.
