High Street, Andover
RE THE marvellous front page of October 12 Andover Advertiser (‘Decision time’).
You managed to print a photo showing an almost completely empty view of the top of Andover High Street. This, in my opinion, typifies how a lot of the people of Andover see the town. Completely empty or heading that way.
