IT WAS great to read the article on page 9 of the Advertiser of November 9 stating that work will start in January 2019 on the new fully accessible toilet and changing facility to be built by the Unity office near Andover Bus Station.
My overriding concern is its placement because as David Coole implies in his letter (Letters, November 9, ‘Abuse of power) TVBC do not listen to the public of Andover, nor is there any, in my opinion, joined up thinking.
We lose toilet facilities in the various car parks yet they are to build this new unit by the bus station. Whilst there is a multi-storey car park nearby, will there be adequate parking for those cars who have to dash and go with their occupants?
