I REFER to the letter from Luigi Gregori (November 23, ‘Need for a vote’) in which, once again, he puts forward the need for a ‘People’s Vote’.
In the event of this taking place and the decision to be different (an equaliser), how does he propose to proceed? Do we then have a ‘best of 3, 5 or 7’ or will the decision be made using ‘rock, paper, scissors’?
We have had a referendum — the people have decided — it’s called democracy, like it or not.
