I JUST wanted to say a big 'thank you’ to TVBC for the spectacular Christmas Lights Switch On which took place on the evening of Friday, November 16.
TVBC, like all councils, are under unrelenting financial pressure and it would have been understandable (albeit desperately sad) for them to tighten the purse strings this year.
But no! Once again, they gave us a wonderful evening of entertainment and finished with their usual show stopping fireworks display. The event was packed, and everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time. You never let us down each year and you rightly deserve a big thank you for going the extra mile!
