What planet do our local MP and Councillors live on? It certainly isn't Planet Andover!
A new theatre will not transform [the] town into anything other than the ghost town it is now and will probably make it worse.
Andover used to be a thriving market town with plenty of shops, but now it is a desolate centre where you can get your nails and hair done, have a coffee but very little else.
If you need any clothing from head to toe you have to go outside to another town.

I am well aware that to a certain degree, retail habits have changed (but now seem to be returning) and the people who "run" the town have done nothing to encourage shoppers to stay. So to put a theatre in our so-called shopping centre is not a good idea.
Why don't you ask the people of Andover what they want and not dictate your ideas on to us?
