I HAVE a suggestion about the closed Wilko store, instead of it being empty for the next 100 years why doesn’t Andover Town council grant permission for it to be turned into arcades?
When l lived in London, Bexlyheath council repurposed the old C&A store into arcades which sold all kinds of goods ranging from fashion to toys, it was extremely popular!
So why can’t we do the same in Andover?

Editor's note: Test Valley Borough Council are the planning authority which would make a decision on any application for the vacant Wilko unit.
