Please may I thank the organisers and sponsors of the Longstock Rally for a brilliant weekend.
It will have taken a lot of work and time to organise.
There was something for everyone, watching the tractors dance to rock and roll music, to watching the ploughing demonstrations, in preparation for growing our food.
The tractor rides which we enjoyed, and in the arena the old Fire Engines and displays, plus army vehicles some used in the last wa, not forgetting the old cars.
The children's rides, the stalls and Great British Carvery with delicious beef and pork
You cannot beat British farmers.
Sadly, I remember when we had five Farms in Andover and seeing the tractors and combined harvesters going to Watson and Haig down Mylen Road.
Thanks to everyone involved with the Longstock Rally, please keep it up.
