Bonbons and Chocolate at Season Cookery School
Leyre Pedrazuela Otero was a finalist on this year's Bake Off: The Professionals. To work with chocolate and pastry has always been her passion. Before her current position as Head Pastry Chef at South Lodge Hotel, Leyre worked at; Laduree, Escriba, Mama Framboise, Mandarin Oriental and Pennyhill Park.

The day's course includes: Chocolate tempering | Ganache & Bonbon filling | Moulded Bonbons | Hand rolled truffles | Hand cut & dipped Bonbons

It includes lunch with a glass of wine in the cookery school
