A GROUP of young musicians are preparing for their first concert of the year in Stockbridge.
The Morassi Quartet was formed in 2018 at the Royal College of Music by violinists Natasha Humphries and Katie Mazur.
On March 3 at 7.30pm the group will be taking part in Stockbridge Music's young musicians' series at St Peter’s Church.

The programme is still awaiting to be finalised, but guests can expect a selection of pieces by Rachmaninov, Puccini, Haydn, Mendelssohn and Bacewicz.
The Morassi Quartet have already made a big impact during the start of their musical careers. They have performed in many RCM concerts including the annual Chamber Music Festival, FestivALL, and the Essential Bartók.
They previously appeared at the Berkshire Chamber Music and Dartington Music Festivals and have toured abroad to countries including France, Austria, Germany, Poland, Russia and China.

Natasha, Katie and other member Iza Stefańska are all RCM postgraduates, pursuing their masters degrees and freelancing, while fourth member Toby Warr is currently on trial with the London Philharmonic Orchestra.
Tickets to attend are £20 and for under 19s, £7.50 and are available from stockbridgemusic.uk or on the door.
