SIMS Kate Sadly, passed away on 21st January 2024, aged 77 years. Beloved wife, mum and nan. Deeply missed and forever in our thoughts. Funeral service to take place on Friday 23rd February at Charlton Park Crematorium at 1pm. No flowers please.
