'Thick' Andover dog owners given instructions for how to pick up poo
DOG owners in Andover who are too 'thick' to pick up poo have been issued with instructions about what to do.
Notices, erected by an irate resident, tell pet owners to 'take a deep breath' as they complete the task. The notices also accuse offenders of having 'dog poo for brains'.
The signs have been placed on lampposts and in the ground in the Elder Crescent area of Andover.
It comes after the Advertiser revealed that just two dog mess fines were handed out by Test Valley Borough Council in all of 2014.
