POLICE are investigating after a pub landlord was threatened by a customer.
The incident was just one reported to police in the Overton and Laverstoke area.
In a police report on crime for March, officers are also investigating three burglaries in Greyhound Lane, Ashe Warren and an outbuilding in Lower Ashe.
Officers also received a report of verbal altercation between two drivers after dangerous/inconsiderate driver, and a report of a man shouting at staff in a children’s nursery.
Three reports of thefts from vehicles were made in March. Two involved items stolen from vans in Overton and the third was a licence plate stolen from a car in Pond Close.
Police had four reports of suspicious behaviour in the beat area, including one from a gamekeeper who reported four men in a vehicle with a catapult, aiming it at pheasants, and two reports of a van driver offering to sell power tools out of the back of the vehicle.
The van was stopped by police but everything was found to be in order.
