A MAN arrested after two young girls were flashed at in Andover has been released without charge by officers.
A middle aged man indecently exposed himself in front of two horrified 12-year-old girls in Goch Way last month.
A 35-year-old from Andover was arrested in connection with the incident and bailed, but police now say he has been released with no further action taken against him.
No further arrests have been made and officers are continuing to appeal for witnesses to come forward.
At 5.30pm on Monday, April 27 the girls were walking with their bikes along the grass verge in Goch Way when the offender tried to speak with them. He then exposed himself.
The man was described as white, aged 45 to 50, about 5ft 8ins tall, of a slim build and bald. He was wearing a camouflage jacket, blue jeans and a blue cap.
