TWO Andover booze thieves were ordered to pay compensation after appearing in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court recently.
Sonner Paul James, of Winchester Road, Wherwell, admitted to stealing three bottles of Grey Goose vodka worth £20 each in September.
The 35-year-old was ordered to pay £40 compensation with no order for costs.
James Stephen Smith, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles Courvoiser Cognac worth £54 belonging to Waitrose earlier this month.
