A 29-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with the manslaughter of gunner Jack Mitchell, who died after an alleged attack at The Warehouse nightclub in Stroud.
Jake Davies, 29 and from the Bowbridge area of Stroud, was charged earlier this week, following consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service.
He has been bailed to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on May 2 in connection with the case.
The charge relates to the death of the Larkhill soldier, 24, at the Warehouse nightclub in London Road, Stroud, in the early hours of Sunday 5 February 2017.
