POLICE would like to speak to three men in connection with a series of shoplifting incidents in Ludgershall.

Officers are appealing for information to identify three men who they believe may have information about four incidents of shoplifting from the Co-op store on Andover Road.

The first incident happened around 3.30pm on Monday, June 19 when an unknown man walked into the store and took a bottle of Jack Daniels.

He left without making any attempt to pay for it.

The next incident happened on Thursday, July 6 at around 1.15pm.

Again, an unknown man walked into the shop and took four bottles of Jack Daniels before leaving without making any attempt to pay for them. The same man then entered the Co-op again on Tuesday, August 1 at just after 5pm.

On this occasion he took approximately ten bottles of spirits and meat worth around £200.

In another separate incident that happened on Thursday, July 6, at around 4pm, an unknown man entered the store and put steaks and butter in his bag.

When he was challenged by a member of staff he left the store empty handed.
