TWO adults and a baby were treated by paramedics as two collisions occurred on the A303 this afternoon.
South Central Ambulance Service has confirmed that it was called to a two-car collision on the westbound carriageway, near to Picket Twenty, shortly after 3pm.
An ambulance was dispatched to the scene which then reported a second collision nearby between a car and a van and a second ambulance was deployed.
Two adults and a baby were treated by paramedics and it is understood that a police investigation is ongoing.
One lane of the westbound carriageway between the A3093 Picket Twenty junction and the A3057 Winchester Road junction while emergency services were on scene.
The road has now been cleared and traffic delays have eased.
