RUNNERS are being invited to dust off their trainers and take part in an annual 10 mile race.
The Tadley Runners 10 mile is set to take place on Sunday and is open to runners of all abilities.
The race starts at the Hurst Community College, in Brimpton Road, and is a single loop of 10 miles over quiet country lanes on the Hampshire/ Berkshire border.
The course alternates in direction every other year.
To keep participants hydrated throughout, there are drinks stations at the three, six and eight-mile mark.
