TWO Andover residents are celebrating a year spent improving their wellbeing with a home support service.
Cardea manager Nicki Bunch presented John and Judith Polley with a bouquet of flowers to commemorate their milestone.
Cardea helps people feel less isolated in their homes and access the help they need to remain independent.
The I Can Therapy Centre is just one of 800 groups known to the organisation. Cardea also offers a specialist hoarding and decluttering service to improve people’s health, wellbeing and independence.
The couple said: “Returning to Andover after 20 years’ absence, we were lucky enough to discover Cardea.
“Our introduction to I Can, for instance, was the first step on the way to the improvement of our general wellbeing, offering as it does a friendly atmosphere and well-structured exercise.”
