A MAN accused of driving without the correct licence has been fined - nearly five years after the offence.
Martin Gilheaney was stopped in Chantry Street, Andover, on September 13, 2014. It was also found he did not have the right insurance to be driving the vehicle.
The 32-year-old, of Culchitt, Newton Heath, Manchester, pleaded guilty to the offences at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on March 25 this year.
Magistrates fined him £185 and gave him six points on his driving licence. He must also pay a £30 victim surcharge.
