THE chance to raise money while having a laugh has spurred an Andover recruitment agency to create a novel way to help a good cause.

Active Staff has launched a unique way to help children hospice’s Helen and Douglas House - by locking up its director.

In its tale, company director Lisa Armstrong is set to be “locked-up” on June 13 for the crime of organising temps to move Stonehenge to Oxford before the summer solstice.

Lisa is currently in hiding and on the run, and the crime is said to be unsolved, but the business say, she is planning to move the landmark to another UK county.

And people are being given the chance to get hold of ‘Lisa’s Bag of Swag’ and state whether she should be jailed or bailed by donating.

On its JustGiving page, the firm said: “Our target is £999, this could help pay for the cost of the whole medical team for 24 hours, ensuring multiple families benefit from the expertise and care Helen & Douglas House can provide.”
