A GANG of youths wearing balaclavas assaulted a man who was out for a morning run in Durrington last week.
Police say on Monday, October 28, at around 5.30am a 28-year-old man was attacked by a group of four youths at the recreation ground, just off Recreation Road.
The victim sustained minor injuries including a black eye and swelling to his face and neck.
The suspects are described as wearing dark clothing and balaclavas and are believed to be aged between 17 and 19.
Enquiries remain ongoing and at this stage the attack is not believed to be a random one, officers say.
