Police have urged residents to remain vigilant and take care
THIEVES cut through padlocks to gain access to a shed during a break-in near Andover this week.
Police say the incident took place on Thursday when the culprits targeted the outbuilding of a property in Andover Road, Monxton.
They are said to have cut through padlocks in order to gain access to a shed, but no items ended up being taken.
Officers add that a ‘long wheel base van’ has since been seen in the area under suspicious circumstances.
They have urged residents to “remain vigilant and take care”.
