A DRIVER has been given six penalty points on her licences and fined more than £800 for driving without the correct insurance or a test certificate.
Tracey Alden, of Juniper Close, Andover, had been driving a Land Rover Freelander in River Way on February 8 when she was found to be doing so without the correct policy of insurance in place, and with no test certificate having been issued for the appropriate period.
The 57-year-old was proved guilty via single justice procedure.
As well as giving her six penalty points on her driving record, magistrates fined her £660 and made her pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.
