These mums are using social media to raise awareness of what life with children with Down's syndrome is like.
One mum in Andover has taken part in a viral video that got thousands of views in just a few hours this morning.
Mum of five Kirsty Safe, who lives in Ludgershall took part in a #dontrush challenge with her 3-year-old son Keldan to raise awareness for Down syndrome.
The challenge requires each person in the compilation to shoot their own video of them getting ready and then these are all combined at the end.
Kirsty said “When I started my page on Instagram Keldan was eight or nine months old and there wasn’t much on mainstream social media.
“I thought I would start page and if one family could come across my page down the line and see that it’s not as scary as you might be led to believe having a child with Down syndrome I will have done my job."
The video put together by Megan Donnelly reached 40,000 views in just four hours after it was uploaded to social media this morning.
Kirsty says that Andover has been amazing place to live as there is lots of support available.
“For me personally Andover is amazing we are part of the Andover 21 group which is specifically for people with Down syndrome and they are absolutely fantastic.
“The support we have is amazing.”
