Greggs is recalling Greggs frozen 2 pack steak bakes because they may contain small pieces of plastic and Holland & Barrett have recalled several of its products containing Brazil nuts because they may contain salmonella.

Greggs have recalled their two pack frozen steak bakes because the presence of plastic makes this product unsafe to eat.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) says the product which is exclusively sold in Iceland stores and does not affect the products sold in Greggs.

The product is not safe to eat and all customers have been asked to return the products to the Iceland store from where they were bought for a full refund.

The Greggs Steak Bakes are for pack size 280g, with the following best before dates: 20 December 2020, 22 December 2020 and 23 December 2020.

Point-of-sale notices will be displayed in all Iceland stores that are selling this product.

Holland & Barrett has taken the precautionary step of recalling several of its products containing Brazil nuts because they may contain salmonella.

Symptoms of salmonella usually include fever, diarrhoea and abdominal cramps.

Customers are advised not eat the products and instead, return them to the store from where they were bought for a full refund.
