Officers stopped a white Ford Transit at the M3 service station around 1.30pm on Monday, October 5.
The driver, a 47-year-old man from Andover, was arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle whilst unfit through drugs and driving a vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.
