A TEENAGER has admitted to riding a motorbike through Stockbridge without insurance.
Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard today (Friday, April 16), how the 17-year-old boy from Eastleigh - who cannot be named for legal reasons - rode a Lexmoto index vehicle along the B3049 on March 6 without necessary insurance.
The defendant was also charged with failing to provide a blood sample without reasonable excuse at Winchester hospital on the same day, which he denied.
He will stand trial at the same court on June 11.
He will be sentenced for the insurance offence when trial proceedings have concluded.
