There has been waterlogging across Andover following continuous rain since morning.
The police are warning motorists in Hamsphire to go careful on the roads today following a number of road traffic collisions.
A spokesman is urging motorists to drive carefully, writing: "Please drive carefully and appropriately for the weather conditions. Lots of standing water around."
Hampshire's roads policing unit say they have already been deployed to several road traffic collisions this morning.
Last night, a Basingstoke man died on the M3 following a crash near Hook.
