A MAN from Winchester has been fined hundreds of pounds after he was caught driving at 96mph on the A303.
David Lewis, of Avington, was clocked by manned equipment on May 1 on the A303, three miles east of Sparkford, a dual carriageway which has a 70mph limit.

The 51-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence under the single justice procedure.
His case was heard at Bath Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, March 16.
He was ordered to pay a £660 fine, £90 victim surcharge and costs of £66 by April 27.
Four points were added to his driving licence.
