Drug driver from Andover is banned for a year
A CANNABIS drug driver has been banned for a year.
Luke Underwood, 20, of The Green, Middle Wallop, was caught by the police on the A343 at Enham Arch on December 9 last year.
When tested his cannabis level was 2.2ug/l when the legal limit is 2ug/l. Underwood pleaded guilty when he appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
As well as the 12-month ban he was fined £80 with £40 costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
