ANDOVER motorists will have six road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network in the coming weeks.

• A303, from 8pm April 11 to 2.12pm May 7, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 eastbound and westbound, Picket Twenty, Lane closure on the exit slips for local authority works.

• A303, from 8am to 8pm on April 19, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 westbound and eastbound, Thruxton to Wiremead Lane, diversion route for Hampshire County Council works.

• A303, from 8am to 8pm on April 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 westbound and eastbound, Thruxton to Wiremead Lane, diversion route for Hampshire County Council works.

• A303, from 8pm April 21 to 6am April 22, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 eastbound, Bullington to Overton, Lane closure for Virgin media works.

• A303, from 8pm April 21 to 6am April 22, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A303 eastbound, Picket Twenty to Bullington, carriageway closure for resurfacing, diversion via National Highways and local authority network.

• A303, from 8am to 7pm on April 25, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 eastbound, Thruxton to Mullenspond, diversion Route for off network closure of Village Street for Southern Water.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads.
