NOMINATIONS are now open for the annual Pride of Andover awards.

The awards, which are held each year to celebrate those who go above and beyond in the town, will once again be hosted by TV adventurer and author Jordan Wylie, who is from Andover.

In a video announcing the opening of nominations on July 1, Jordan said: "The Pride of Andover nominations are now open once again for this year's spectacular awards, so if you know someone who has gone the extra mile, who is always helping others, or is just a huge inspiration to you, please get involved, send your nomination in and maybe they'll be picking up an awards on Octobr 25 at The Lights.

"Take care everyone. Be the difference that makes a difference."

The Pride of Andover Awards honours the town’s exceptional unsung heroes, recognising the inspiring and often selfless actions of Andover’s most generous individuals, the people who make such a big difference to so many lives, without realising the positive impact their actions make.

Nominations for the Pride of Andover Awards 2022 will close at midnight on August 31.

Nominations are being accepted at: prideofandoverawards.org.uk/nominate.
