AN ANDOVER man has been fined for driving without wearing a seatbelt.

On January 25, on the A34 in Radley, Oxfordshire, Wayne Morris Tonks, of Pilgrim's Way, was caught driving without wearing an adult seatbelt which conformed with legal regulation.

The 33-year-old pleaded guilty via the single justice procedure at Oxford Magistrates' Court on July 26 and was fined £123.

He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 surcharge.
