TAKE an adventure to the Dark Side of the Moon a Pink Floyd tribute act are set to perform in Andover.

Selling over 250 million records since 1965, Pink Floyd are renowned for their inventive and mind-bending music that is still played in households across the globe to this day.

With original band member David Gilmour unlikely to join up with his former bandmates any time soon, seeing Think Floyd live is a great opportunity to see the “prog rock” music of Pink Floyd in person.

The UK tribute band are known for their laser sharp shows, fantastic production, and expert delivery of anthemic hits such as Wish You Were Here and Another Brick in the Wall. Any Crazy Diamond (as Pink Floyd fans are affectionately known as) will have heard of this fantastic act and have probably seen them over their 25-year history.

With a spacious 400-square metre space to call their own for the evening, Think Floyd will light up the The Lights arena in Andover on September 9 and entertain guests with the eclectic sounds of one of the most famous bands of all time.

Pink Floyd are an English rock band formed in London in 1965. They gained an early following as one of the first British psychedelic groups, distinguished by their extended compositions, sonic experimentation, philosophical lyrics and elaborate live shows

Over the five previous performances at The Lights since 2007, the tribute band have sold over 1500 tickets due to their popularity.

Think Floyd are back for a sixth outing; their first at the theatre following the Covid pandemic. The Lights has taken the necessary steps to ensure the venue is safe to return to in all capacities, adhering to the theatre industry recognised See It Safely guidelines.

For fans of Pink Floyd, this tribute is not to be missed. With Pink Floyd’s own drummer Nick Mason endorsing the UK-based tribute act as “brilliant”.
