AN ANDOVER man has been told to carry out unpaid work after he admitted to harassing a woman for more than a year.
Between March 8, 2020, and June 25, 2021, Paul Smith, of Heather Drive, left the woman more than 200 voicemails.
In July the 48-year-old pleaded guilty to harassment without violence, having previously denied the offence.

He was told to pay £250 court costs and a £95 victim surcharge.
Magistrates also granted a two-year restraining order, banning Smith from contacting the woman except for specified circumstances.
