A TIDWORTH man has been disqualified from driving after he was found to be over the drink drive limit.
Brandon Nagel, of Humber Lane, was stopped on Redon Way, Andover, September 2, driving a white Ford.
He had 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the legal limit is 35.
The 25-year-old admitted to driving a motor vehicle when above the legal level of alcohol during a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court.
Magistrates banned Nagel from driving for 17 months and fined him £438.
He must also pay £85 court costs and a £175 victim surcharge.
