LAND with planning permission for three new homes near Tidworth has been sold for more than £200,000.
The freehold site at Shipton Bellinger was among 155 lots being sold online across southern England and Wales by Clive Emson Auctioneers, regional land and property auctioneers.
Rob Marchant, the firm’s Hampshire auctioneer, said: “The digital gavel fell on a final bid of £201,000.

“The freehold site is located to the rear of Hedges Close, with planning consent for the construction of a row of three three-bedroom houses.
“We are not privy to any plans the new owner may or not have for the site.”
Clive Emson Auctioneers’ next online auction, the final one of eight this year, ends on Wednesday, 14 December, with bidding opening 48 hours beforehand.
Lot entries close on Monday, 21 November, and the online catalogue is released on Friday, 25 November.
