A NATIONALLY renowned harpist will be coming to Stockbridge to perform as part of her Christmas tour.

Esteemed harp player Harriet Adie will come to Stockbridge Hall on Wednesday, December 14.

Hosted by Stockbridge Music, her performance will begin at 7.30 pm.

Harriet is a founding member of the internationally recognised ensemble 4 Girls, 4 Harps, whose music has been broadcast widely on Classic FM and all the BBC radio stations.

She is in demand internationally as an arranger and composer for harp students all over the world, some of her works being performed by ensembles such as the National Youth Harp Orchestra and the Royal Academy of Music Harp Ensemble.

Harriet’s London recitals include venues such as St Martin–in-the–Fields and she recently won the London Harp Competition performing with the Philharmonic Orchestra in the Queen Elizabeth Hall.

Harriet has been a professional harpist for over 15 years and is known for her intense musicality, creativity, and focus.

She is passionate about her instrument and enjoys the many opportunities her performing career has provided for sharing her love of the harp with other people.
