Andover man, 29, charged with public order offence
AN Andover man has been charged with a public order offence following an incident last week.
Police said Andover officers have charged Reece Brooks, 29, of Seville Crescent with a public order offence, being drunk and disorderly in a public place and failing to comply with a Section 35 order following an incident on London Street on Friday, November 25.
Brooks is due in court on Tuesday, December 13.
