THE latest food hygiene ratings have been released for a group of eateries in Test Valley

Conducted by the Food Standards Agency (FSA), the ratings range from zero (urgent improvement is required) to five (hygiene standards are very good).

However, it is important to remember that food hygiene ratings reflect the standards of food hygiene, not food quality.

New food hygiene ratings were given to eight of Test Valley’s establishments during November, the FSA website shows.
