MAGISTRATES have handed a man penalty points after he drove without due care and attention in Andover.

Brian Onen, in London, on April 9, drove a vehicle on the A303 in Andover without due care and attention.

During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court held on May 9, the 52-year-old was found guilty of the offence following his not guilty plea.

Magistrates endorsed his driving licence with three points and ordered him to pay a fine of £249.

Onen must also pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge fee of £100.
