There are plenty of exciting cultural offerings to explore this June.

In Andover, Chapel Arts Studios have been gathering artistic talent from around our country for their first-ever open-call exhibition, OPEN OPEN 23.

Thirty selected artists have submitted a range of artworks from sculpture, print, and painting to installation, digital and film.

There was no set theme, so expect to see artists explore a variety of subjects. Visitors are also invited to vote for their favourite piece, so head on over and make those votes count.

It runs until 1 July, go to chapelartsstudios.co.uk for more.

A new exhibition is opening among the many sculptures found around Roche Court Sculpture Park in Salisbury.

Peter Frie’s The View Belongs to Everyone features a mixture of landscape paintings and bronze sculptures inspired by Salisbury Plain.

Peter’s work captures the drama of our landscapes through imagination rather than representation. Clouds drift, sunlight bursts, and trees rustle in Peter’s work, recalling both his and our feelings of being surrounded by the wonder of the Wiltshire countryside.

It runs from June 3 until July 2, go to sculpture.uk.com for more.

It’s that time of year again when Winchester School of Art students emerge from their studios and present to us their degree show.

Three years of study have certainly paid off as this year’s show features a sensational selection of standout works.

There are AI-assisted artworks, towering painted and plaster monsters, delicate fabric installations, and a playroom filled with playful prints and cardboard creations.

Many of the artists will be there in person and would benefit from sharing ideas. The Art School has a reputation for producing many successful artists, so be on the lookout for potential stars.

The show runs from June 15 until 18, go to southampton.ac.uk
