AN Andover-based children’s entertainment provider has announced its partnership with famous toy maker, Hornby.
Trainmaster said it has tied up with Hornby, the UK brand leader in the model train sector, in addition to owning a number of other popular brands.
Playtrains are a new addition to the Hornby line-up and have been integrated into Trainmaster’s events and parties across the UK.
The battery-powered Playtrains offer trains and accessories to spark children's interest in developing their own model railway world.
Trainmaster and Hornby will also be sharing space at the forthcoming Gloworm Festival in Nottinghamshire, and will be working together on lots of events and other collaborations.
Trainmaster director Chloe Cotton said: “We are so excited to partner with a brand as huge as Hornby. The Hornby Playtrains will be a great addition to our current setup as they are not only remote-controlled but have working lights and sounds, too. The kids attending our parties will simply love them.”
Hornby head of brand, Montana Hoeren said: “We have been watching Trainmaster from the sidelines for some time and love what Chloe and her team are doing. This partnership will enable children around the UK to experience the thrill of Playtrains, which are a great introduction to the world of Hornby and model railways.”
