A MAN from Andover has been handed three penalty points for speeding on the A303.
Xavier Ahluwalia, of Trinity Rise, on November 4, last year, drove a Ford Focus on the A303 at a speed exceeding the legal 70 miles per hour limit.

During a hearing which was held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on July 31, the 30-year-old was sentenced for the offence after pleading guilty on July 26.
Magistrates handed him three points and fined him £176.
He must also pay court costs of £90 and a victim surcharge fee of £70.
Ahluwalia was not present at the hearing.
