A DRUG driver from Andover has been banned from the roads for a year after he was caught over the limit while behind the wheel of a Seat Ibiza.
Jordan Bissell, of Maize Close, on July 22 drove in Roman Way, Andover, with 5.9ug/L of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in their blood. The legal limit is two.
During a hearing which was held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on September 14, the 26-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.

Magistrates disqualified Bissell from driving for 12 months and ordered a fine of £400 to be paid.
Court costs of £85 and a surcharge fee of £160 must also be paid.
