A DRUG driver from Andover has been banned from the roads for a year after he was caught over the limit while behind the wheel of a Seat Ibiza.

Jordan Bissell, of Maize Close, on July 22 drove in Roman Way, Andover, with 5.9ug/L of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in their blood. The legal limit is two.

During a hearing which was held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on September 14, the 26-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
