Andover Advertiser: The new sushi takeaway is based at the Station Inn

The post, on the businesses Facebook page, reads: "With heartfelt gratitude and hopeful anticipation, we announce the upcoming closure of Rice'n'Roll at the end of January. Our doors have opened to you with love and joy, but as we approach a new chapter in our family life (awaiting our child), we have decided to close our business.

"Your warmth and loyalty have been the beacon on our journey. We are infinitely thankful for this marvellous voyage into the world of sushi we've shared with you."

It continued: "Before we say our farewells, we would like to offer you one last opportunity to savour your favourite dishes. Until the end of January, we continue to delight you with takeout sushi, and for orders over £100, we offer delivery after 4 PM. Please call us to discuss the details of your final order.

"We are also open to proposals for the purchase of our business. This is a unique chance for those who already own a culinary enterprise and are looking for opportunities to expand.

"With love and a hopeful gaze towards the future, we cherish every moment spent with you."

Residents have been responding to the post to share their sadness at the closure.

Kate Lamb said: "I shall miss you, you have been a huge welcome addition to a limited amount of cuisines in Andover and something so different. I was one of your first dine in customers and have had deliveries and enjoyed a huge banquet at our band party at Christmas. You put your heart and soul into this and I’m gutted to see you go.

"Good luck with the new baby and your new adventures! Maybe we will see you again in the future!"

Another, Edward Hardy, branded it the "best takeaway in Andover".

Carrie Hawkings posted: "Really sad to hear this, opening this business was the best thing to happen to Andover in years. Wishing you nothing but happiness for your future".

Speaking to the Advertiser Aliona said she has been amazed at the reaction.

"I have been reading through all the comments and its made me realise how much our customers love us," she said.

She added: "I would say that its a good offer to buy the business because its a profitable business. We have very good customers and an amazing market. We can teach new owners how to do what we are doing. It has great protentional."
