A DRIVER has been handed points after driving without due care and attention in Andover.
Pedro Amaral, of Swindon, on Sunday, July 9 drove a Ford Focus without due care and attention on the A303 in Andover.

He pleaded guilty to the offence on Monday, February 12 at Aldershot Magistrates' Court.
Magistrates handed the 23-year-old nine penalty points and ordered a fine of £440 to be paid.
Court costs of £110 and a surcharge fee of £176 must be paid.
