WE took a look at the best and worst-rated chain coffee shops in Andover, so you can be truly informed about where to get your caffeine fix.
The Advertiser has compiled a list of the shops, which includes Costa and Starbucks, with ratings and reviews from TripAdvisor to show you the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Caffe Nero

Rating: 4/5
At the top of the list, is Caffe Nero, with 30 'excellent' reviews to just seven 'terrible'. The cafe was also rated the 'Travellers' Choice' in 2017.
One reviewer simply said 'delicious latte' adding that it was a 'very well made coffee with good strength and flavour, pleasantly served in ambient relaxing surroundings.'
Another customer was unimpressed with the branch, calling it 'far too slow'. They added: "Far too slow, took 10 minutes to get served.
"Only two customers ordering for themselves. One customer was served by two members of staff. Also unsure of their job when asked about a problem, train your staff.
"They're friendly."

Whilst holding the same rating as Caffe Nero, Costa Coffee is placed lower on our list as they did not receive the 'Travellers Choice' award.
The shop was praised by reviewers as a 'great place' with 'friendly and helpful' staff. One reviewer said: "Good quality coffee. Great place for a fast lunch break. Staff always friendly and helpful.
"Place could be cleaner."
Another customer seemed disappointed with the speed of service. They added: "Coffee good but very slow service. Especially if you only want coffee to go."
Starbucks

Rating: 2/5
The coffee shop dubbed 'quite simply the worst pit stop experience' by customers, comes in at last place, with one reviewer calling the cafe 'starbogs' due to 'disgusting toilets'.
They added: "Dirty, toilets disgusting, no toilet roll, staff not interested, would definitely not use this place again."
Another said: "Worst experience in a coffee shop! Waited 32 minutes for two coffees! Complained and told no manager and only two staff rostered on!
"Complain to head office was what I was told! Messy and dirty restaurant, people were walking out without drinks."
